Contact for availability. Lamb is mostly a seasonal product and usually is available late spring/fall season. Occasionally we have a few available later winter. Pasture raised and fed organic high quality hay in the winter. Whole lambs can be taken to butcher of choice locally. Final cost depends on hanging weight and will be paid directly to the farm. Processing fees upon meat pickup at the butcher will be paid directly to the processing facility.
